Plastic Injection Moulding Machine is comprised of a heating cylinder which plasticizes the feed into uniform consistency liquid. The resultant material is hydraulically injected with high pressure in the mold cavity which is internally coated with a special lubricant for easy ejection. The mold is then cooled at specific temperature for solidifying & ejecting the product. Injection speed & pressure can be adjusted as desired according to the need.
